Another well Patch story – Saltel Industries marks another success with an expandable steel Patch, relining a damaged casing section in a Russian gas producer well.
This job highlighted the Patch capacity to adapt to unusual casing sizes (53/4in). This job also promoted our ability to operate under winter conditions in RCA.
The Patch overcame two challenges while running-in-hole: high dogleg severity, and 122 mm ID restriction.
