Ensure the cement provides effective annulus barrier above low-pressure uncemented openhole completion.
Challenge
Cementing the casing effectively is crucial for well integrity. When producing through screens, it is essential to avoid any cement contamination of the producing zone.

Solution
An Xpandable steel ECP combined with a Stage Collar or DV Tool is run as part of the production string.
The packer is set inside the previous casing shoe or in an open hole. The cement is pumped through the stage collar and placed above the expanded packer, avoiding the risk of contaminating the reservoir. Once the cement port is closed, the casing integrity is restored allowing stimulation to be performed. The packer provides an additional barrier in the annulus, along with a good cement job.
